Evaluation

Evaluation of service quality is vital to ensure that the service both meets its standards and seeks improvements on an ongoing basis. The Advisory Board closely monitors feedback on the service.

Please complete our feedback form online. We report on all the information gathered, including any complaints or compliments at every Advisory Board meeting. Read about our complaints process or use the form to make a comment.

The survey reports that:

  • 96% of callers agree their query was dealt with courteously and efficiently
  • In every call, the GovernorLine adviser gave their name
  • 88% of callers feel that they received very clear advice on how to deal with their problem or query.

What do Governors call about?
